Goshen is a small New York town, about an hour and a half out of New York City. Goshen is comprised of a mostly flat general area, accompanied by gently rolling hills along the village border. Not quite "upstate" but characterized by its green scenery, bike paths, and historic locations.
Chef Diego is originally from Rome, Italy.
He uses influences from home and combines them with his international experience from living in many different areas all over the world.
